2. Scope of In-House vs. Partner Services

Core bookkeeping, 13-week runway modeling, transaction categorization, and controller advisory are delivered in-house. Services are delivered by qualified professionals, including registered and licensed accountants and tax practitioners, as appropriate for the jurisdiction and nature of the engagement.

Annual tax preparation and regulatory filings across supported regions (US, UK, EU, CA, AU, NZ, GCC) are coordinated and executed through CashFlowCalm’s vetted network of accredited local tax professionals and CPAs.

3. Supported Regions

Services are strictly offered to businesses registered and operating within our 7 supported regions: United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the GCC region.

4. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
